04 Strength: Programs

BOOTCAMP (new)
Our new bootcamp program is designed for athletes looking to improve overall cardiovascular and muscular fitness through interval training, body-weight training, light-weight resistance, and core stability workouts.  All workouts can be modified to any fitness level from beginners to advanced.  Unlike many bootcamps, The 04 Bootcamp has both an indoor and outdoor facility.  Rain or shine, class is in session.  Click here to get started.  Click for Class Schedule
GARAGE GYM (original)

Classes take place at our 04 Strength facility and focus on using nontraditional training models to build functional strength and conditioning while placing an emphasis on form and technique to provide each client with safe and efficient movements.  Click here to get started.  Click for Class Schedule

 

One of the best things about 04 Strength is that every workout in either program is scale-able to each individual’s fitness level.  Whether you’re a serious athlete or working out for the first time, 04 Strength is for you.  In other words, it’s you against the workout—you get to decide exactly how intense your workout will be.
