"Tear It Up" Dec. 12

Strength: move through some slower exercises but trying to go heavy. The main move involves getting up and down off the floor with a weight...not burpees!!!! Bring those grips for t2b on part B...going to use those kettlebells again in part B...oops...just revealed KBs are in part A too!! See you this afternoon!!!

So proud of Angela!!!!! She makes is a point to crush it everyday!!!!
