"Ropes Twice" Apr 3

That's right! Using jump ropes twice, but in different ways!!  Part A is an old fashioned strength sesh!  Definitely garage gym-esque!!  Part B...Partner up!  lots of reps!  Red-line, then pass the buck!  The title suggests you bring your jump rope and leave your frustrations at the door;)   Can't wait to see you all!!!!!!!
