"Jingle Barbells" is an hour long competition featuring back to back to back to back to back workouts of 12 minutes. At first glance, this may seem a little overwhelming- But hold on! The teams will consist of 4 members, 2 male, 2 female, sharing the load along the way!
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: Your entry fee is an unwrapped toy or gift card of approximately $25 in value! "Jingle Barbells" is a toy drive for the holidays!

The 04 will put on multiple events throughout the 2019-2020 school year, compiling ALL funds to maximize the final award. The final amount will be divided into 2 scholarships awarded in May 2020. The recipients will be chosen by the scholarship committee and will be based on merit and need.
The 04 will be hosting a Donation-Based, Bootcamp workout on Saturday, October 26, at 9:00 a.m.
