A new way to squat today mixed with some strict stuff!!! Get strong in part A! I have to give it away!!!!! Part B has a "few" Burpee box jumps!!! It'll be fun!!!! I promise!!!! Lots of reps to improve your fitness! See you in the morning (or afternoon)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
