Start you off with some burpees to get you primed up and then 26 minutes of awesome-ness!!!!!! You'll love it! We'll mess around with D Balls, take a close look at the gym walls, work those abs, and pick up a couple of kettlebells at a time! See you this afternoon!!!!


"Clean the Whole Gym" Nov. 28

Part A...barbell complex as heavy as possible (always with good form)! Be prepared to be pretty winded after part A. Body weight only for part B. The only equipment needed will be boxes and the floor! :))))

Part A is and easy tabata (i think that's an oxymoron)!!!!! Just be prepared for toe to bar during A. Part B could possibly be pretty tough today! 60 reps on the barbell broken by a few ascending runs!!! It's gonna be AWESOME! Trust me!!!!!!!!


"Fit" Nov 14 pm/ 15 am
Part a every minute with a kettlebell and body weight. You're gonna have to move the bell quickly and efficiently! Part B...Pick you're partner wisely! :) clean and Jerks, Burpees, Deadlifts...sound amazing, right?!?!?! Can't wait to see all your smiling faces!!!!!!!!!!
