In part A were testing two things you've never tested in here. Warm up your forearms and I wonder how high Bears can jump. For Part B you're still going to be an animal. You'll go from being a bear to being a cheetah and then end up being a hibernating there haha! Can't wait to see you guys this afternoon! A little late getting this out, but here it is!! A body weight strength sesh, mainly to get you acclimated again... it hasn't been that long ;) Then, you and a buddy will complete a ladder, up and over and down, of a good number of reps!!! At least front rack squat and press ;) is the top rung!! Thank goodness you get to lay down and stand up and lateral jump slightly, over and over again on both sides!!!! See you mañana!!!!
