Unique week at #The04...We will be running The Fittest Experience workouts 2 and 3 this afternoon (Thursday), Friday morning, Friday afternoon, Friday evening, and Saturday morning (9:00 a.m.)... Please try to be flexible in the schedule. It will take a significant amount of time to run these heats due to the LONG row!!!! It would be awesome if you could come to another class time in addition to your "normal" time!!! If you are in class and are not completing the qualifier,


"TFX 1" Oct 17
