Part A is and easy tabata (i think that's an oxymoron)!!!!! Just be prepared for toe to bar during A. Part B could possibly be pretty tough today! 60 reps

on the barbell broken by a few ascending runs!!! It's gonna be AWESOME! Trust me!!!!!!!!
