"Long John" Dec 26

A little late getting this out, but here it is!! A body weight strength sesh, mainly to get you acclimated again... it hasn't been that long ;) Then, you and a buddy will complete a ladder, up and over and down, of a good number of reps!!! At least front rack squat and press ;) is the top rung!! Thank goodness you get to lay down and stand up and lateral jump slightly, over and over again on both sides!!!! See you mañana!!!!
