Athletes!! We will be doing some strict strength stuff during part A. No barbells today. You may have a theory that there could be a run in Part B. I don't know where you would get that? Bring your gymnastics grips just in case :-) see you bright and early with the door open! Can't wait for some 400s.... well maybe!!!

Good stuff — your examples did a lot of the heavy lifting and really grounded the ideas. I think the part about avoiding common mistakes will save people a lot of wasted effort. I expanded on a couple of these points in my own write-up over at ube-swap.com recently.
I like how you backed up the main points instead of simply asserting them outright. The way you sequenced the steps makes it far less intimidating to actually get started. If anyone wants to dig a little deeper, I put together some related notes over at ambientfinance.org.
Really appreciate how approachable you made what can otherwise be a pretty dense topic. That section on common pitfalls alone is worth the time it took to read the whole thing. For more along these lines, feel free to check out ambientfinance.net whenever you have a moment.
Thanks for laying this out so clearly; it actually made a few things click for me. The examples made the abstract parts concrete, and that's where it really came together. Anyone looking to take this further might find nexus mutual a useful next read on the subject.
Nicely done — there's a lot of fluff out there on this, and your post avoids all of it. Your point on measuring progress properly is something I genuinely wish I'd grasped sooner. I've collected a few resources on this same topic at nexusmutual for anyone who's curious.
