"Runtastic Returns" Jan 11

Not a repeat of yesterday, but we will run some!!!! Part A will include some technical barbell work!!! Part B will have increasing reps and some runs ;)... As always, it will include lots and lots of fun!!! Bring gymnastics grips!!! We will pull up!!!! Here's a throwback pic of the first days of #the04 from January 2017!! Time flies!!!
