The barbell will move all over the place in Part A...4 reps every 75 seconds, so prepare to lift heavy!!! See picture!! Part B has reps similar to the age associated with the title. Be prepared to touch you toes to the pull up bar a few times!!! Getting those abs fit!!!! Happy Monday
