Part A: See title :) Little James was up at 3:45 this morning. He wanted to go the a.m. class. On the way there I asked what the class should do. He said, and I quote, "Do something to make them puke!" We'll use med-balls, dumbbells and body weight!!! It's gonna be great!!!! See you soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Should call this "The James"
